This document outlines the terms and conditions for participants in Nova Star SC, covering several areas including illness and injury policies, make-up sessions, refunds, credit notes, and program fees. Below is a summary of the key points:

Illness & Injury

  • ⁠Participants who miss sessions due to illness or injury may be eligible for make-up sessions, subject to providing a doctor’s note and getting approval from Nova Star SC Management.
  • ⁠Make-up sessions must be used within the same academic year and cannot be carried over to the next year.
  • If make-up sessions are not attended, no refund or further credit will be offered.

Make-Up Sessions:

  • Make-up sessions cannot be scheduled if there is an outstanding balance on the account.
  • ⁠If a scheduled make-up session is missed, no refund or additional credit will be provided.

Refunds Policy:

  • ⁠No refunds will be provided for sessions cancelled by the venue provider or Nova Star SC for reasons such as weather conditions, venue issues, holidays, or staff changes.
  • ⁠Nova Star SC may offer a substitute venue, but no refunds or credits will be given if the substitute venue is not attended.

Credit Notes Policy:

  • Credit notes or alternate programs may be offered if Nova Star SC cancels sessions due to low participation.
  • ⁠Credit notes are only valid within the academic year they are issued and cannot be transferred to the next year.

Program Fees:

  • Program fees consist of 30% administrative costs and 70% service fees (plus VAT). Only the service fee will be refunded on a pro-rata basis if sessions are cancelled by Nova Star SC and no credit note or alternate program is provided.

General Terms:

  • Once payment is made, registrations and bookings cannot be cancelled.
  • The cancellation policy is strict, and once a participant is registered or has paid, the policy cannot be cancelled or altered.

Payment & Membership Terms:

  • Payments can be made through Visa or MasterCard in AED or SAR or any other payment method approved by UAE authority.
  • ⁠The policy cannot be cancelled once the first instalment is paid.

Legal & Privacy Policies:

  • The governing law is that of the UAE, and disputes will be handled in UAE courts.
  • ⁠The website will not store or share credit/debit card details with third parties.
  • ⁠The privacy policy and terms may be updated periodically.
