No. Whether they're taking their first steps onto the pitch or they're a seasoned player with aspirations of going pro, Nova Star SC welcomes them into our supportive and inclusive family.
They may be eligible for a make-up session, subject to a doctor's note and approval from Nova Star SC management. Make-up sessions must be used within the same academic year, can't be scheduled while there's an outstanding balance, and aren't refunded or credited if missed.
Sessions cancelled by the venue or by Nova Star SC for reasons such as weather, venue issues, holidays or staff changes aren't refunded; we may offer a substitute venue. Programme fees consist of 30% administrative costs and 70% service fees (plus VAT). Only the service fee is refunded, pro-rata, if Nova Star SC cancels sessions and no credit note or alternate programme is provided.
